Making A Purchase
Simply fill in the price guide sent to you by your self-catering accommodation owner and send it to us with a cheque for the full amount plus our £3.25 delivery charge.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, on dispatch of your goods. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason.
If for any reason beyond our reasonable control we are unable to supply a particular item, we will not be liable to you. We will try and deliver a similar item.
All Goods ordered must be worth £35.00 or more (including delivery charge).
We can accept your order five days before you require delivery.
Unless otherwise agreed by us in writing, the price for goods shall be that which is set out on your price list at the time your order is accepted by us.
The majority of products are free from VAT. 17.5% is already added for applicable items.
Where goods are priced by weight, these weights are guides and the weight of the item that you receive could vary from the stated weight by up to 20%.

Delivery Schedule
We only deliver on Friday's, Saturday's and Sunday's.
We will make every effort to have your goods delivered on the day you have requested between 2pm and 6pm. However, we will not be liable if we fail to do so due to circumstances beyond our control. Delivery is made to the address specified upon the order form. It is up to you to make sure we have the correct delivery address and a contact telephone number.
Where possible, our helpful drivers have permission of entry to your self-catering accommodation within the area outlined on the web-site. They will leave chilled goods in the fridge and will leave dry goods on an appropriate work surface within the kitchen area. If you are in your accommodation they will only enter with your agreement.
We charge £3.25 (including VAT) for delivery to the following postcodes; PL15, 27, 28, 29, 30, 32, 33, 34 and 35. If you require a delivery to be made outside of this area you must contact us to make specific arrangements. On receipt of the goods, if they are found to be incomplete, incorrect or damaged, you must notify us within 12 hours of delivery. We shall at our discretion, replace or give credit for any defective goods.
